What do I do if the wrong product is delivered?
You contact our support by emailing support@pokershopping.com. You will get our return address, where you return the wrong products. We will then send you the correct products and refund you the price for returning the wrong items.

What do I do if the products I ordered never arrived?
Your products will arrive within 9 business days if nothing else is indicated. If you have not received your products within 9 days, you shall contact our support via mail form you will find at our Customer Service Page, click on the question links. Then just follow the instructions! You can also contact us by phone. Our phonenumber is: 386-586-1002 (between 8am - 5pm). You will then receive detailed information as to what happened to your order.

What do I do if the product I received was damaged?
If a product has been damaged during shipping we ask you to contact us immediately. You will most likely receive a new product assuming you return the old. Naturally, we will stand for the return shipping. Always save the packaging slip and your receipt.

What do I do if I happen to order the wrong item and already confirmed the purchase?

How long is the delivery time?
Our delivery time is 4-8 days if nothing else is indicated in association with the respective product.

No, you must be 18 years old in order to buy anything from us.

We currently only accept orders through our website. We hope that you can accept this.

Can I add something to an existing order?
Unfortunately no, if you decide you want to add something to a current order, you will have to place a new separate order.

How large is the shipping and handling charge when I buy from you?
We ship with UPS and to cover our costs for orders we charge a shipping and handling fee. This is presently based on the speed of delivery and the weight of the products purchased.

What do you do if some of the products are backordered?
In the cases where some of the products are on backorder, we give you the alternative to cancel those items. If you decide to wait and let the order stay, the other products will ship right away and the backordered products will ship when they are available.
